They are interactive discussions tailored to your particular situation. They resolve information technology issues and discuss key business issues/requirements to assist with your short and long-term planning.

Quite often, one session leads to another and these planning and problem solving sessions are tailored to address your key business and IT requirements. Although structured in design, these workshops are conducted in an informal atmosphere and result in the creation of a suggested implementation plan that is reviewed and approved by the customer.
